The 2027 IQMH Proficiency Testing Catalogue is now available, and the 2027 Proficiency Testing programs have officially launched. Released on August 11, 2026, the Catalogue gives laboratories a clear path to plan next year’s external quality assessment activities, select the right programs, and prepare for a successful 2027 testing cycle.

IQMH continues to expand its Proficiency Testing services to better support the diagnostic testing community. The 2027 Catalogue introduces new surveys in Chemistry, Pathology, and Transfusion Medicine, including Chemistry Ammonia and Serum Volatiles, Pathology Site Material: Special Stains, and Transfusion Medicine Manual Eluate. These additions reflect evolving laboratory practice and provide more opportunities for laboratories to assess performance, strengthen confidence, and support quality improvement.

The Catalogue also includes important updates to existing surveys, program details, shipping information, participation requirements, and ordering guidance.
