John’s academic foundation in neuroscience complements his hands-on laboratory research experience, reinforcing his ability to drive innovation and excellence.

With over 20 years of management and leadership experience, Haleh has held senior positions in the Canadian laboratory sector. As Director of Proficiency Testing, she ensures programs align with advancements in laboratory medicine, develops tailored services, engages stakeholders, manages risks, and collaborates on future site assessments. Additionally, as a Healthcare Operations Executive Consultant for Accreditation Canada, she supported the Integrated Community Health Services Centres program, developing frameworks for over 900 diagnostics centres in Ontario, delivering high-quality services, reducing wait times, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
