On October 7, 2019, the Institute for Quality Management in Healthcare (IQMH) became a controlled affiliate of Accreditation Canada (AC). Today, an integrated business operating model has been developed to further separate operations. The IQMH Centre for Accreditation is now a part of Accreditation Canada (AC) under a new name, AC Diagnostics, and has been rebranded. IQMH Education and Echocardiography services will also be part of this transfer, while the IQMH Centre for Proficiency Testing will remain within IQMH as a controlled affiliate of AC.
