At IQMH we’re fortunate to have a dedicated and creative team of staff volunteers who participate in the IQMH Quality Team, set yearly objectives for their work and systematically go about meeting them.
The Quality Team is a Corporate Committee that reports to the Management Group. It's comprised of representatives from:
o Information Services
o Office Services
o Marketing and Sales
The team’s mandate is to improve coordination and ongoing communication between all IQMH divisions; support quality management activities; develop, implement and nurture a lean culture to facilitate the identification of opportunities for improvement.1
One of the objectives they set for themselves in 2018 was to promote Lean in-house with staff by building awareness of some key concepts. We’re happy to share the refreshed posters that are now displayed in our staff kitchen and in the work areas of our IQMH offices. Feel free to download, print and display the posters.
